The three-stars Hotel Ambra, has always put a particular attention on the Cuisine, using fresh and local products.


The great position of our hotel, that is situated in Milano Marittima in the middle of Romagna region, and a few steps from Emilia, gives us the chance to use fresh and typical products from the Adriatic sea and our hills.
At lunch and dinner, you can taste a various buffet of starters, followed by a Menu à la carte of 4 different first dishes and 4 second dishes, and always available a choice of fresh fish and one vegetarian. Handmade pasta every day, dessert buffet with homemade sweets and desserts.

We dedicate our attention to the authentic flavours and our Cuisine is one of our strong points. We offer a variety of local and Italian wines to satisfy all your preferences. Our goal is to combine pleasure with health, taste and genuine.
Every day you can find a big buffet with variety of grilled, gratineed, and fresh vegetables; fish and meat carpaccio, home-made bread, salad and salami from Romagna region. To follow 4 first courses with hand-made pasta everyday and 4 main courses with fresh fish and meat variety, and as well a great end with our hand-made desserts and pastries and fresh fruit buffet for everyone.
